"Both my wife and I have worn glasses for most of our lives and throughout those years, have had our eye care needs taken care of by many different eye care professionals across the country. We decided to give the Preferred Eye Care Center and Dr. Rachael Click a try because we were both dissatisfied with the service that we received from our previous eye-care provider. Our experience with the Preferred Eye Care Center has been extraordinary. Both of us were extremely impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Dr. Click and her associates. The instrumentation that they use to evaluate your current eye health and to determine what corrections are needed is state-of-the-art and second to none. My wife and I could hardly believe the thoroughness of the examinations that we received during our initial visits and the time that Dr. Click and her associates spent with us evaluating our vision.

As important as the annual evaluations of our vision are, what really impressed us was the service we received on a daily basis with Preferred Eye Care. You expect normal adjustments to your glasses when required but we again got so much more. Sophia took the time to practically rebuild a pair of safety glasses that I had purchased several years ago from somebody else. I had a new pair of safety glasses on order so it would have been easy for her to not take the time, effort, and expense required to fix my old glasses for the short time that I would need them. Like the safety glasses, any issues we have with our glasses and sunglasses are handled promptly and professionally.
